Return/Refund Policy
.: Returns and refunds will be accepted under the following circumstances--
~The product was damaged during shipment. A photograph or video must be provided within 5 calendar days of the order's arrival to its destination. Once I confirm you're good to send it back for a refund, the product must be postmarked to ship back no later than 5 calendar days after confirmation. A full refund will be issued once product has been received by Petals and Pixels, as long as all other qualifications are met.
~You received the wrong order, or product didn't meet expectations. Product must be returned in perfect condition, shipped at customer's expense, and be postmarked no later than 7 calendar days after arrival at destination.
